Dmitry is a Service Manager at CoMedical with over 10 years of experience in the healthcare industry. He leads with a steady, team-first approach and is known for building strong relationships with both staff and customers. Originally from Russia, Dmitry moved to the U.S. in 2000 and has lived in Washington State ever since. Outside of work, he is a devoted husband and father of twin boys who enjoys the outdoors; especially camping and taking road trips with his family.
Jacob Sian
Biomed Service Manager
Jacob is a Michigan native who moved to Washington with his wife and cat. He graduated from Northwestern Michigan College in 2022 with an Associate’s Degree in Biomedical Engineering. He is excited to start this new chapter in Seattle with CoMedical. Jake services Western Washington and the surrounding areas.
John Arglen
Service Technician
John is a US Army Veteran from the 501st airborne. John enjoys spending time with his kids and sharing his passion for building and fabricating. He is a old car and rat rod enthusiast. He started in the medical industry as a service technician for Steris where he quickly advanced to a Senior Technician position. After 5 years he moved on to a third party medical service company in the Puget Sound area. For the next 15 years John provided a full range of services from general biomed to advanced repairs in the Surgical & Sterile Processing Department. In 2017 John joined the CoMedical team and has very much enjoyed the experience. From John, “ After working for several companies I have found my place at CoMedical. Jason Mounts

Jason grew up in Phoenix, AZ but has lived in the Pacific Northwest most of his life. He worked for his father from a very young age. After the birth of his daughter he worked for a construction company before starting his own construction business which he ran for 10 years. Early in 2020 Jason decided to make a change and committed himself to the medical equipment service field. “Comedical has given me the opportunity to expand my knowledge and work to make this world a better place which is very exciting. I enjoy helping people and learning new things each day in an environment full of new technology.” - Jason

Living in the Pacific Northwest since 1995, Mike is proud of his lovely wife and 3 kids. Prior to coming to work for CoMedical in 2016 he worked in the construction industry. Mike is a quick learner and does not hesitate to jump in and help our customers. Once you get to know Mike you will understand how he can make the work fun and ensures that everyone is more than satisfied with the result.

He has 25 years work experience in tree service construction and framing, maintenance, and technology. Mike loves working with people and his high energy and positive attitude are reflected in his worth ethics. Mike is passionate about pursuing innovative solutions in medical technology, and is extremely excited about finding a home with CoMedical’s team.

A Pacific Northwest native, Jeremy Glidden brings over a decade of experience maintaining and repairing medical equipment across hospitals, labs, and surgery centers. Providing support for the inland Northwest region he is proud to be part of the CoMedical team, where he values the professional, supportive, and enjoyable work environment. Outside of work, Jeremy enjoys rural life with his wife and three children. From gardening to tending the animals to hiking, creek walks, and lake days—time with family is at the heart of everything he does.
Paul Hixson
Service Technician
Paul has been a Washington resident his entire life, growing up on the west side of the state before relocating to Eastern Washington in 2021. He brings nearly a decade of experience from Boeing, where he designed and built manufacturing equipment in support of aerospace production. He's transitioned into the biomedical equipment field and found a home with CoMedical, where he enjoys helping healthcare organizations keep their equipment safe, reliable, and operating at peak performance. In June 2026, Paul earned his Biomedical Equipment Technician Certificate from the College of Biomedical Equipment Technology, further strengthening his technical expertise and commitment to the profession. Outside of work, Paul enjoys spending time with his wife and five children, exploring the outdoors, and playing music. He also serves as the worship leader at his local church, where he combines his passion for music with his faith and community involvement.

Jacob is a Washington native. He has lived in Spokane, WA, with his wife and two kids for the last 13 years. He's worked a few jobs before finding his place as a biomedical technician. He's enjoyed helping healthcare facilities. Jacob appreciates the opportunity to attend training programs and obtain certifications from OEM's. He's specialized in multiple fields from general equipment to anesthesia, laboratory, and sterilization equipment. Jacob takes pride in providing reliable service that supports patient care and safety. He also values building strong relationships with the facilities and teams he serves, always remembering what his father always told him, "Never stop learning".

He was raised in Longview, Washington, and carries those small-town values in both his personal and professional life. John currently works as a Biomedical Service Technician, focused on ensuring medical equipment is safe, reliable, and ready for patient care. He enjoys spending his free time outdoors, especially practicing archery, as well as relaxing with video games and cooking. He is also a proud father of two boys who keep him motivated and grounded. Today, he lives in Spokane, Washington, where he continues to grow both his career and family.
