Field Service Technician

We are looking for a self-starter Field Service Technician to deliver the desired customer service experience. The goal is to drive and grow the service business while improving customer satisfaction, maximizing customer retention and increasing profitability. Currently time spent in the field is about 20% of the time.  As we grow time in the field will increase, the remaining time will be spent in the office helping with a variety of tasks.

Responsibilities of the Field Service Technician

  • Excellent computer skills

  • Must have the ability to work independently or with less supervision

  • Ability to travel long distances (Washington State)

  • Needs to possess excellent troubleshooting skills

  • Must have excellent customer service skills

  • Ability to maintain good relations with customers

  • Should have excellent verbal communication skills

  • Must have the ability to work under pressure

  • Ability to manage service calls

  • Needs to possess good technical skills

  • Must have good documentation skills

  • Should have the ability to analyze information

  • Ability to maintain confidential information

  • Must have good multi-tasking skills

  • Should be flexible as a professional

  • Inspection of assembled equipment, to ensure proper installation.

  • Inspection of all operating parts to ensure proper operation within expected tolerances.

  • Tune and troubleshoot equipment for proper operation.

  • Interact with internal and external project managers during field projects.

  • Clearly and professionally interact with customer on a daily basis.

  • Able to determine tools and equipment required to perform scope of job.

  • Perform routine maintenance on equipment

  • Assist in establishing preventative maintenance schedules with customer.

  • Assemble, align, and install equipment as necessary.

  • Handling Warranty Returns on equipment and Parts

  • Scheduling installations

  • Good Driving Record

Other duties will include but not limited to:

  • Warehouse support with shipping, receiving, inventory management

  • Tracking, cleaning, servicing, repairing all demo equipment

  • Building maintenance as needed

  • Customer follow up after service to ensure 100% satisfaction

  • Repairs of other equipment that CoMedical sells

  • Customer service

  • Delivery of repaired equipment

Technician must be willing to work overtime and on weekends when necessary.  Service Area for Position is the entire state of Washington based out of Seattle area.
